Overview

Are you a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment? We’re looking for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support both our corporate office and restaurant operations. In this role, you’ll be a trusted business partner and play a critical part in shaping our culture, supporting our leaders, and ensuring compliance across the organization. From employee relations to onboarding, benefits, compliance, and training, you’ll be hands-on in every area of HR.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the go-to resource for HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, policy compliance, and HRIS management.
• Conduct on-site visits to multiple restaurant locations to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
• Partner with managers to coach, guide, and resolve employee relations issues.
• Administer leave programs, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and other employee programs.
• Help foster a positive workplace culture by promoting engagement initiatives and supporting leadership development.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience (5+ years as an HR Generalist).
• Solid knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in hospitality or multi-unit environments is a plus.
• Ability to travel regularly to multiple sites to support our growing restaurant operations.
