Clinical Nurse II: C4/C3W: Infectious Disease/ Secure Unit

Position Overview Department/Unit: Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $83,200.00 - $93,184.00 Key Responsibilities Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge, including during transitions within the acute care stay. Deliver and coordinate patient care provided by the caregiving team. Ensure competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. Additional Responsibilities The role may require access to information deemed sensitive to Albany Medical Center, its patients, affiliates, and partners, including HIPAA Protected Health Information and other federally or state-regulated information. Workforce members are expected to safeguard data based on a "need to know" and the minimum necessary principle, ensuring information is protected from unauthorized access.
