CAS Dept Admin Supervisor Posting Summary Provide administrative oversight, supervision, and leadership for the College of Arts & Sciences - College Administrative Service (CAS) structure in the areas of budget, finance, and general administrative support to Department Administration and Finance staff in multiple locations for CAS schools, departments, and programs. Serve as an authority of process standardization for the college; create, establish, and implement organizational policies, processes, develop workflow and structures, define and influence structural and organizational changes of work within CAS. Oversee onboarding and training, coordinate, coordinate support with college, department chairs, and school and program directors to ensure college, department, school, program, faculty, staff, and student administrative needs are met. Establish, implement, train and oversee operational systems as part of the College Administrative Services leadership team. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of experience. Experience with budgets, financial management, supervision, and proficiency with productivity software. Effective analytical, written, and communication skills. Ability to coordinate complex projects, attention to detail and accuracy, take initiative, and strong organizational skills. Desirable Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word) and database applications. Special Conditions Probationary period may be required. Travel to and from worksites required. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy.
