Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Proven experience or strong interest in working with K–12 students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet a range of developmental and language needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to foster positive student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer consultation and strategies to classroom teachers to support generalization of skills
• Advocate for students and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
