Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with our district goals and support individual agent success.

Maintain high standards of compliance and ethics while ensuring our clients receive top-tier protection.

Collaborate with the home office to refine our product distribution and community engagement initiatives.

Provide ongoing training and development to help agents improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.

Active Life, Accident, and Health insurance license in Virginia.

Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

In-depth understanding of life and health insurance products and underwriting processes.

Strong public speaking and presentation abilities for recruiting and training purposes.

Capacity to analyze local market trends to drive business development.

Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
