ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and strategic direction of our Fredericksburg agency location.
Mentor and guide a team of sales agents to reach their full potential and professional goals.
Cultivate strong connections with business owners and families within the community to build brand awareness.
Manage relationships with our insurance carriers to ensure we provide the best options for our clients.
Review sales performance metrics and implement creative strategies to drive sustainable growth.
Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and encouraged to excel.
RequirementsValid Life and Health insurance license.
Demonstrated track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
Deep understanding of insurance agency operations and carrier relationships.
Strong background in local market development and community networking.
Ability to coach others toward achieving high-performance benchmarks.
Prior experience in recruitment and talent development.
