Patient Financial Navigator

Vassar Brothers Medical Center is seeking a Financial Counselor to assist uninsured and underinsured patients in navigating financial responsibilities and securing governmental and charitable assistance. This role requires critical thinking and collaboration with various healthcare departments to address patients' financial needs effectively. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
