Store Manager

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient store performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and compliance with employment laws. Lead daily store opening and closing, monitor sales, expenses, and inventory levels to identify business trends and opportunities. Oversee merchandise presentation, stocking, and inventory controls to maintain accurate stock levels and presentation standards. Ensure cash handling, security procedures, and safety policies are followed to maintain financial integrity and a safe environment. Deliver excellent customer service and foster a clean, organized, and secure shopping environment. Complete documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret operational documents, perform math calculations, and manage inventory and cash procedures. Experience in retail management, hiring, and legal compliance preferred; bilingual ability may be advantageous. Physical & Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and occasional climbing.
