Role Snapshot Location: LATAM - Country (Remote) Schedule: Full-time | 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. ET Position Summary We are hiring a Senior Packaging Designer who will be responsible for creating eye catching, impactful packaging for our diverse range of food and beverage products. Your designs will be crucial in capturing our brand’s spirit and achieving our marketing objectives. You'll collaborate extensively with cross functional teams in marketing, product development, and manufacturing, overseeing the entire packaging design process from initial concept to final production. Whether working on private labels or licensed designs, your role will be transforming creative ideas into packaging that truly stands out and resonates with consumers. Responsibilities Develop innovative packaging concepts that align with brand strategy and market trends, specifically for food and beverage products. Prepare visual assets, mock-ups, and presentations for executive reviews and client meetings. Manage and maintain packaging specifications, dielines, and version control across multiple product lines. Collaborate closely with printers and vendors to ensure the highest quality production-ready files. Ensure all packaging complies with branding, regulatory, and environmental standards, including food labeling and FDA requirements. Requirements (Must-Have) Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in packaging design, with mandatory experience in the food, beverage, or cosmetics industries. Solid track record of working with licensed or branded products, clearly demonstrated in your portfolio this experience is essential for success in our product portfolio. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint. Strong expertise in visual communication, typography, and branding systems. In-depth knowledge of dielines, color specs, materials, and print production processes. Familiarity with food labeling regulations and FDA packaging standards. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain. Fluent or professional-level English communication is required. Demonstrated experience working with diecuts, including creating and modifying dielines for various packaging formats. Experience leading packaging design for B2B or startup clients, especially within the U.S. market, is a plus. Exposure to licensed or branded products (e.g., Hallmark, Rainbow Brite, Skippy) is a plus. Skills in 3D rendering or packaging mockup software (e.g., Esko Studio, Dimension) are highly valued. Technical Skills (Required) Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint. Strong expertise in visual communication, typography, and branding systems. Demonstrated experience working with die-cuts, including creating and modifying dielines for various packaging formats.
