About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Client Services for its private markets business. This senior leadership role is pivotal in strategic relationship management, commercial oversight, and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic client relationships, shaping client account strategies, and providing leadership across service delivery to ensure consistent quality and responsiveness. The role also involves partnering with senior colleagues across various teams to deliver business improvements, leading executive reviews, and supporting commercial planning and revenue retention. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in private markets, investment servicing, or a comparable institutional financial services environment. The role requires a proven track record in managing senior client relationships, a strong understanding of alternative investment structures, and the operational requirements of institutional investment managers. The ideal candidate will possess commercial judgment, the ability to influence executive stakeholders, and experience in driving service improvements and organizational change. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential, as is a relevant degree or professional qualification.
