Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification as a Radiation Therapist from ARRT and IEMA is required
• Proven experience working in mid to large hospitals or comprehensive cancer centers
• Proficiency with Varian Ede/Aria technology
• Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail in patient care
• Comfortable with independently managing workflow and prioritizing patient safety
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule:

• Contract-based position within the clinic setting
• Workdays may vary depending on clinic needs (clinic closure for holidays not counted toward guaranteed hours)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely to 64-68 patients daily across two treatment units
• Operate Varian Ede/Aria systems to ensure correct delivery of prescribed therapy
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor responses to treatment, collaborating with the broader healthcare team
• Maintain meticulous electronic records for each patient
• Adhere to all ARRT, IEMA, and clinic protocols and guidelines
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment for patients and colleagues
