Your Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective candidates through our exclusive platform and your own network
• Reach out to potential candidates to discuss MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiting team for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with leads to foster enthusiasm and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keep authentic, updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Compensation Structure
