Direct Support Professional Residential Floater

Full-time position: Residential DSP Floater. Residential programs located in Albany and Ravena, NY. Schedule: Tuesday‑Saturday, hours vary depending on program needs. Hourly pay: $23.00 per hour + longevity. This is an hourly, non‑exempt position; must maintain driver insurability and AMAP/insulin/G‑tube certification (if applicable). DSPs support and care for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, including assisting with daily activities, cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and participating in social/recreational activities in the community. Responsibilities Assist clients with getting ready for the day or going to bed. Help with cooking, cleaning, and medication assistance. Participate in social/recreational activities in the community. Perform other duties as required by the program. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
