Responsibilities Assisting, providing and promoting independence in individuals’ daily treatment, care, and services. Administering medications accurately in accordance with agency policy and procedures. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the population served and their physical, health, and emotional needs. Respecting each individual’s personal choice, lifestyle, and dignity to make decisions for themselves. Minimum Salary: $16.52/hour or $18.58/hour (starting rate determined by program assigned) Maximum Salary: $18.52/hour or $20.58/hour (once all required trainings have been completed) Schedule: Full-time and part-time; morning, evening, and overnight shifts available. Training Requirements: 4 days of Orientation, SCIP CPR/First Aid, and Medication Administration Certification, including successful completion of medication pours. All training is paid and hosted by Catholic Charities Disabilities Services. Differential Pay: Additional pay for hours worked between 3 PM Friday and 7 AM Monday.
