Job Title MedTech Sales – Clinical Sales (Surgeons) – Commission Location Denver, Colorado, United States Job Type Full Time – 100% commission and incentive compensation, eligible for bi‑weekly draw. Description We are seeking a Sales Associate to support surgeons and healthcare systems across orthopaedic specialties, providing clinical and product expertise, ensuring optimal product utilization, and driving sales within a designated geographic territory. Responsibilities include supporting operating room surgeons, attending surgeries, maintaining product knowledge, managing billing and orders, and delivering technical assistance and insights. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customers, supporting product conversions with new customers, and meeting sales goals. Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge, presentations, demonstrations and ensuring proper utilization of products. Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring equipment availability, optimizing trays, and providing operative and sterile processing consultations. Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance, manage billing, create and close purchase orders. Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with cross‑functional teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare sales reports and documents. Maintain equipment inventory, ensure product availability, and keep promotional materials presentable; ensure services meet high quality standards. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention, differentiate products versus competition by providing unique product insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or Associate Degree/Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with a minimum of 2 years of professional or related experience. Minimum of 4 years of professional or related experience, or a recent transition from active military duty. Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment. Valid driver’s license issued in the United States. Willingness to travel, including weekend and/or overnight travel. Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and business acumen skills. Self‑motivated, organized, positive, and proactive. Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols and solutions preferred.
