We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a local company in Tyler Tx. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly through efficient handling of mail, invoices and balancing activities. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in an organized and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain records and databases.
- Complete weekly balancing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- SAP experience is a Plus!
Qualifications:
- Self-motivation : Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in all tasks.
