A global leader in aftermarket air‑suspension products, is hiring Assemblers to join their production team in Merritt Island, FL . Assemblers will build air‑suspension components by following simple work orders and visual, step‑by‑step instructions in a fast‑paced, non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be comfortable standing 10+ hours per shift and performing repetitive assembly tasks.

1st Shift:

• Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Optional OT on Fridays

• $15.50/hr to start (pay increases available)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general labor, production, or assembly environments is beneficial.

• Familiarity with visual work instructions similar to furniture or equipment assembly diagrams.

• Comfort working with pneumatic tools in a remanufacturing setting.

• Interest in learning additional processes such as painting, crimping, quality control, or machine operation.

• Ability to participate in a one-day working interview and transition quickly into regular shifts.

• Willingness to grow into leadership roles or specialized departments over time.

Work Environment

The role is based in non–climate-controlled manufacturing and remanufacturing warehouses, primarily in Building B and Building C. In Building B, employees work in a new manufacturing facility at standing workstations, assembling products with hand and power tools, applying stickers, and loading finished components into boxes. In Building C, employees work in a remanufacturing warehouse, disassembling used products and rebuilding them using hand, power, and pneumatic tools, with opportunities to grow into the paint department, crimper department, quality control, or machine operator positions. Shifts include a first shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with optional additional hours on Friday). The work is hands-on, requires standing for extended periods, and involves repetitive tasks in a production-focused environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
