Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer bedside care and monitor vital signs for telemetry patients.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to patient needs and clinical changes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with hospital policies, BLS, and ACLS standards.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families about their conditions and care instructions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid NJ RN license.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 4 years of telemetry nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
