Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. No on-call or weekend requirements.

Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide counseling services in IOP and outpatient programs. The position is open to LPC, LCSW, LISAC, or LIAC candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Facilitate IOP and psychoeducational groups.
• Document client progress and update treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the clinical and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
• Assist with discharge planning and referrals.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case consultations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as LPC, LCSW, LISAC, or LIAC.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Behavioral health and/or substance use experience preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy and group facilitation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• EHR experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
