Orthopaedic Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Direct Hire | Full-Time | Geneva, NY - Finger Lakes Region Step into a dynamic orthopaedic role where your expertise directly impacts patient mobility, recovery, and quality of life. This opportunity offers the chance to work side‑by‑side with experienced orthopaedic surgeons and a collaborative clinical team in both outpatient and (as applicable) surgical settings. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions Assist in surgical procedures and provide pre‑ and post‑operative care Order and interpret imaging and lab tests Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform procedures such as joint injections, splinting, and casting Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long‑term health Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current state licensure and national certification DEA license (or eligibility) Orthopaedic or related experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Experience with fracture care and musculoskeletal imaging is a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000 Competitive compensation with performance incentives Student loan repayment support Sign‑on bonus On‑site child daycare Comprehensive benefits package Collaborative, team‑oriented environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement This is an excellent opportunity for an NP or PA looking to deepen their orthopaedic expertise while working in a supportive, high‑performing clinical setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr USA Staffing Network
