About the Role

The Company is in search of a Global Vice President of Retail Sales to take on a pivotal role in driving the commercial performance of its retail and virtual sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and exceeding annual and quarterly sales targets, leading and coaching regional and store leadership to foster a high-performance luxury sales culture, and strengthening clienteling and CRM-led client development. This executive will also be tasked with developing and executing a multi-year commercial strategy, managing budgets, and overseeing forecasting in line with inventory planning. The role demands a leader who can integrate online and showroom experiences, and who is adept at partnering with various internal teams, including e-commerce, marketing, operations, finance, and merchandising. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a minimum of ten years' of multi-unit retail leadership experience in fine jewelry, diamonds, or the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of growing revenue and retail productivity across multiple markets. A strong understanding of high-touch luxury selling environments, and experience within omnichannel or e-commerce-enabled retail organizations, is highly valued. The role requires an individual who is highly analytical, commercially astute, and comfortable with instilling clienteling discipline and CRM rigor. Excellent communication, leadership, and operational management skills are essential, as is the ability to work closely with day-to-day store operations while maintaining a strategic vision for the future of omnichannel retail.
