Focus on automation, CI/CD, and cloud operations (DevOps) Focus on reliability, monitoring, and incident management (SRE)Key Responsibilities:DevOps Responsibilities:Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deploymentsImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/CloudFormationAutomate build, test, and deployment processesManage version control (Git) and release workflowsCollaborate with development and QA teams for seamless releasesSRE Responsibilities:Ensure system reliability, availability, and scalabilityDefine and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and error budgetsPerform incident management, RCA, and postmortemsImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting systemsAutomate operational tasks to reduce manual effort (toil)AWS Cloud Responsibilities:Deploy, manage, and optimise AWS services such as: EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, EKS/ECSImplement auto-scaling, load balancing, and high availability architecturesConfigure security (IAM, policies, encryption)Manage cloud cost optimisation and performance tuningRequired Skills:AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, RDSExperience in multi-tier and scalable architectureCI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipelineIaC: Terraform, CloudFormationScripting: Python / Bash / ShellDocker, Kubernetes (EKS)Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog, SplunkMonitoring: Log analysis, alerting, and performance tuningMandatory Skills:DevOps . Experience: 3-5 YearsThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
