Program Assistant

Provide administrative support for multiple organizational programs and initiatives. Coordinate and process applications, documentation, and related program materials. Track and process program-related payments and reimbursements. Serve as a primary point of contact for participant and stakeholder inquiries regarding program requirements and deadlines. Coordinate travel arrangements for program participants and staff, as needed. Maintain and update program databases, records, and tracking systems. Assist with research, reporting, documentation, and special projects. Support partnership initiatives and organizational outreach efforts. Coordinate committee meetings, virtual meetings, and small-scale events. Collaborate with internal departments to prepare and distribute communications. Update website content and maintain online program resources. Assist with records management and data migration or system improvement projects. Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Approximately one year of professional experience (internships and relevant administrative experience are welcome). Experience providing administrative or program support in a professional office environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong customer service orientation and professionalism. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
