Salary: $21.37 Production & Packaging Associate Location: Tomah, WIPay: 1st Shift: $19.37/hour | 2nd Shift: $21.37/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts | 4-Day Work Week
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Job Type: Full-Time | Manufacturing | Temporary-to-Hire
- Cut and empty bags of raw material
- Package finished product and shrink wrap pallets
- Operate forklifts and stack pallets safely
- Monitor equipment and report mechanical or material issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Perform general manufacturing and warehouse duties
- Exposure to dry dairy products and airborne particles
- Loud industrial setting with moving equipment and vibration
- Fast-paced production environment
- 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday)
- Consistent full-time hours

- Prior forklift experience preferred
- Ability to use a computerized touch screen
- Comfortable operating hand tools (including hand blade)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently
- Capable of bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for 10+ hours
- Ability to climb stairs and perform repetitive tasks
- High school diploma or GED required
