Job Summary To provide support of the ongoing daily operations and improvement to the MMC Pharmacy; including: policy and procedure development; education; self-audits; program enhancement/optimization; reporting; purchasing/inventory; split-billing duties; pharmacy revenue cycle maintenance; and other responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum Education Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum Work Experience Hospital pharmacy; medical billing; and/or compliance/auditing experience Required Licenses/Certifications Active license as a registered pharmacy technician in the state of Texas preferred Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel Ability to balance multiple projects and competing demands on available time Self motivated to perform independently; comfortable working as a member of small and large teams Ability to handle confidential information Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times
