Program Supervisor

Center for Human Development (CHD), is seeking a Program Supervisor for an an Intensive Treatment Residence (ITR) in Springfield, MA. This program provides treatment services for adolescent females between the ages of 12 and 17. The program provides a structured, trauma-informed residential environment designed to support youth with significant emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. Staff work collaboratively with clinical providers, families, schools, and community partners to promote safety, stability, skill development, and successful treatment outcomes. Your role as a Program Supervisor: The Program Supervisor assists the Program Manager with the day-to-day operations of the program, including staff supervision, scheduling support, training and coaching employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory and agency requirements, completing documentation, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. The position also provides direct support to the youth served and assists staff in managing daily program operations, behavioral interventions, crisis situations, and treatment goals. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution preferred. (Can be substituted w/experience).

• Minimum of 3 years of residential and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth and their families.
• Experience in community child welfare and mental health programming.
• Driver’s license required.
• Have a legally registered & insured car for work use.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 1pm-9pm. Will share an on-call responsibility every other with the Program Manager. This responsibility includes providing after-hours support to staff and responding to program-related concerns as needed. The pay rate is $46,800.
