We’re hiring an Operations Assistant in Omaha to support daily business activity. You’ll help colleagues coordinate schedules, maintain accurate information, and keep routine requests moving. Previous operations experience isn’t essential—you can bring transferable skills and learn our processes along the way.

How You’ll Support the Team

• Update spreadsheets, records, and internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate appointments, meeting arrangements, and routine schedules.
• Monitor incoming requests and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Prepare documents, correspondence, and straightforward team updates.
• Help organize supplies, materials, and shared office resources.
• Communicate with colleagues and business contacts, flagging issues that need attention.

Bring Skills From Your Own Experience

Retail, hospitality, logistics, reception, administration, and other service backgrounds are welcome. You may have handled bookings, tracked orders, answered questions, or helped organize a busy shift.

A specific degree isn’t required. We’re looking for someone who:

• Communicates clearly and works cooperatively.
• Keeps information accurate and follows through.
• Can prioritize tasks and ask for clarification.
• Is comfortable with email, documents, and basic spreadsheets.
• Can reliably commute to our Omaha workplace.

Learn Through Everyday Work

Training will introduce you to company systems and daily procedures. You’ll build experience in scheduling, recordkeeping, communication, and operational coordination, with guidance from colleagues as you get familiar with the role.
