Responsibilities Assist clients by providing insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow aligns with and supports specific business objectives. Act as a technical leader across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery. Provide guidance and expertise on IT Service Management (ITSM) process implementation, including connectivity to IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes. Manage client design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops and interact with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources. Support project and agile scrum management activities, including planning, status reporting, budgeting, risk and issue logs. Oversee application and workflow design, configuration, testing and develop client‑specific reporting processes and integration components. Provide trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can improve performance. Manage, mentor and motivate multi‑disciplinary teams, including offshore resources. Analyze a company’s ITSM people, process and technology capabilities, propose leading practices and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps. Advise on connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management to ITSM processes. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress and maintaining long‑term client relationships. Cultivate business development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field. 5 years of work experience (minimum 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience with ITSM and 4 years of ServiceNow consulting experience at a professional services firm). 4 years of experience leading ServiceNow client design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops and interacting with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources. 4 years of experience designing and implementing customized reporting processes and integration components tailored to client needs. 2 years of experience leading and coaching teams of ServiceNow consulting professionals. 2 years of experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs. 4 years of experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgeting and risk/issue management. Requires travel up to 80%, including 20% international. Employer will accept suitable combinations of education, training or experience. Benefits Base salary: $217,280 per year.
