Material Handler / Forklift Operator – $22.50/hr – 3rd Shift – Temp-to-Hire

Now hiring Material Handlers / Forklift Operators for a leading food manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, paid training, and long-term career potential.

Pay:

• $22.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:30 AM – 8:30 AM

Overtime available as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Operate forklifts, walk-behind stackers, and other material handling equipment
• Move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility
• Load, unload, stage, wrap, and label materials
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all safety, food safety, and warehouse procedures
• Support general warehouse and material handling operations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating equipment in close-quarters areas
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic English communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to Macedon required due to overnight shift hours
