About the Role:
SHANTINATH HIE LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team in New Stanton, PA. Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations and staff performance
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve escalated customer service issues promptly
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Step in as acting General Manager in the GM's absence

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proven track record in staff supervision and operational management
• High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality Management a plus
