What You'll Do

As a Nurse at Pomeroy Living, you will:

• Lead, coordinate, and manage the nursing department

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care and services for residents

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff and caregivers

• Provide leadership and guidance in the absence of higher management

• Foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence in resident care

What You'll Bring

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current Michigan RN or LPN license

• Current BLS Certification

• Previous Assisted Living experience required

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centered care
