Closing Coordinator

Position Overview Complete Federal and State specific disclosures in tandem with loan specific program requirements Verify data integrity in the loan file Communicate with sales staff as necessary Prepare Closing Disclosures in accordance with TRID requirements Prepare Closing Documents in accordance with Federal, State and Loan Specific requirements Communicate with Settlement Agents as necessary Requirements Familiar with regulatory compliance including TRID, RESPA and TILA Familiar with multistate disclosures and closings Basic knowledge of Conventional and Government loan products and requirements Strong knowledge of closing document preparation Detail oriented Analytical skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Basic computer knowledge NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
