5 QUALITITES WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR FUTURE EMPLOYEES Hard working, focused, driven and must be able to work the Night Shift (3rd Shift) Mechanically inclined and able to run heavy equipment (Bulldozer, Backhoe, Excavator) a plus Must be able to be flexible with their schedule – we are dependent on the weather Must be able to work easily with different leadership styles – In the beginning you will be put on many different teams with different leaders Must be able to work in a fast-paced and SAFETY focused environment

QUALIFICATIONS

21 years or older Valid CDL Driver's License (Class B minimum) Valid Medical Card OSHA 10 Certification Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
