Lead Warehouse & Logistics Manager: 3PL & Inventory

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden Beheer de prestaties van externe logistieke dienstverleners in Rotterdam (Pernis) en andere decentrale voorraadlocaties. Zorg ervoor dat onze KPI’s (EHS, Inbound, Kwaliteit, Kosten, OTD, Productiviteit, Voorraadnauwkeurigheid) worden behaald volgens de doelstellingen. Beheer en ondersteun logistieke projecten om kosten te optimaliseren, efficiëntieverbeteringen door te voeren en de afgesproken serviceniveaus aan klanten te waarborgen. Toezicht houden op een continu verbeterprogramma met de derde partij: beheer de ontwikkeling, implementatie en controle van nieuwe processen en procedures voor de logistieke dienstverlener door nauw toezicht te houden en te zorgen voor naleving van de Jenbacher regels en voorschriften. Stuur en streef naar een adequate ERP-systeemconfiguratie. Beheer de voorraad in het hoofdmagazijn en de verschillende sitevoorraden in Oracle ERP, inclusief controlprocessen (zoals dagelijkse cyclus tellingen en jaarlijkse fysieke tellingen). Zorg voor een nauwe verbinding met zowel klanten als lokale klantgerichte teams en interne ondersteunende organisaties – vooral op ons kantoor in Alblasserdam. Kwalificaties Magazijnexpert, enkele jaren ervaring met het beheren van een externe logistieke dienstverlener. Economische opleiding op universitair niveau of vergelijkbare opleiding in bedrijfskunde en/of op het gebied van Supply Chain of Logistiek. Vermogen om veranderingen door te voeren en resultaten op tijd, volgens doelstelling en binnen budget te leveren. Vloeiend in zowel Engels als Nederlands, met sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt, maar niet vereist. Vermogen om inzichten en op data gebaseerde aanbevelingen te communiceren naar zowel technische als niet-technische belanghebbenden. Comfortabel met het werken met grote datasets om trends te identificeren en besluitvorming te ondersteunen. In staat om zelfstandig te werken. Dagelijks aanwezig op de lokale magazijnlocatie in Rotterdam/Pernis. Bereid om te reizen. Wat bieden wij: Wij vallen onder de "Metalektro CAO" (o.a. 27 vakantiedagen plus 13 ADV-dagen).
