HP Customer Sales Representative

Part‑time HP Customer Sales Representative Overview Location: Costco 1333, Mooresville, NC 28117. Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience. Schedule: Flexible Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (10‑15 hours per week). Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products at a big‑box retail store and engage customers. Build rapport with customers and with store management and staff. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness. Report sales, competitive insights, and retail activity to Operations. Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times. Accurately document and report sales and submit paperwork completely and accurately. Support team effort by accomplishing related results and meeting personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy and outgoing personality. Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products. Ability to present a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus. Training or product demonstration experience is a plus. 1‑year job experience required. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Must be comfortable working with sales and operational data and reporting.
