This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required./ppstrongHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:/strong/pulliDrive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs./liliAssist residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.)./liliLoad groceries and other purchased items into bus/van./liliSchedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance./liliClean and wash vehicle./liliSupports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy./li/ulpstrongHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or GED required/liliMinimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required/li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/pulliCDL License - Or the ability to receive (with company assistance) after 90 days of employment/liliPrevious experience in a senior living community/li/ulpstrongPay Range: /strong $20-$24/hr/ppIf youre an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, wed love to get to know you!/ppEEO Employer/p/div
