Job Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist-Ortho in Mesquite, TX. This is a full-time, outpatient position with a salary range of $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities Treat a wide variety of diagnoses, including general orthopedics, post-surgical, and sports-related injuries. Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment. Manage a patient case load of approximately 10 patients per day. Provide timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including medical notes and surgery reports. Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Promote continuous quality improvement. Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed. Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required. Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
