Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday 40 hours per week No evenings No weekends No holidays
Compensation: $130,000+ base salary, depending on experience Regular bonuses Malpractice insurance Health / dental / vision Tuition reimbursement Paid time off License / DEA fees paid CME allowance 401k w/ match Details negotiable
Locations: Odessa, Texas (primary work site) Midland, Texas (secondary work site) Lubbock, Texas (4 days per month)
Company Profile: This private practice operates multiple offices in West Texas, specializing in pain and injury treatment, sports medicine, orthopedic surgeries, cartilage replacement, and more. Their dedicated team of physicians and physician assistants are experts in the treatment and care of the musculoskeletal system.
Position Description: The practice sees patients for a wide range of orthopedic pain and injury conditions. The role of the physician assistant includes, but is not limited to: therapeutic joint injections trigger point injections joint injections pre- and post-operative patient care medical decision-making, data gathering, documentation, and care transitions reassessments acute visits test monitoring consultations routine follow-up visits Providers see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day and are fully supported by clinical assistants and administrative staff. The practice will provide full training; no orthopedic experience is required.
