Grill Cook

Our resort offers growth opportunities and a culture that puts people first. We are looking for a Cook to join our team. This is an opportunity to work in a fun, encouraging culture with strong training and benefits. A Grill Cook is primarily responsible for the preparation of food to the highest quality and in accordance with all company and food safety guidelines. Responsibilities Prepare foods according to specs and stock and keep kitchen and all areas clean. Ensure food areas are clean and properly stored at the end of each shift according to health specifications. Ticket and date food items with the employee name to ensure freshness; ensure stocked items are received and accounted for. Assist in all areas of the Kitchen. Wash all work areas including refrigerator and utensils; break down and remove trash and boxes to proper areas. Rotate and label all food with date, time and employee name. Stock all foods in cooler on proper shelves to meet health regulations. Record and report all loss due to spoilage or overproduction. Maintain regular attendance as required by HGVC standards. Cary out reasonable requests by management. What are we looking for?
