Join our ever-growing personal-injury law firm located in the Galleria area of Dallas. We are seeking a lawyer with initiative to join us, immediately gaining a docket of his or her own. This lawyer Must Have a TX license to practice law!

As a member of our team, you'll have actual autonomy, freedom, to manage your docket. Kelly will not baby you. At the same time, he is also always willing to teach. We've got a unique structure, for those reasons and others. The attorney hired will lead a team comprised of an experienced paralegal for lit-related tasks, a medical clerk able to acquire all needed medical records, associated bills, and file Affidavits related to each. 

Firmwide, each attorney also has the support of an intake team, as well as a closing/ reduction/ lien specialist to coordinate the financial closure of a case.  The closing specialist will produce accurate accounting statements for every case's closure. 

Feel free to ask him/Kelly why our pay structure for our lawyers is a 30% commission on attorney fees. If you were the originator of a given case, the commission is increased to 46%, instead. Using data from the last ten years, the amount earned by a diligent attorney with this sort of case set has been as low as $120,000 and as high as $300,000. The average annual income for that motivated attorney has been more than $215,000, though. We're happy to answer any questions you may have about how this all plays out. 

We're looking for candidates with 1 or more years of personal-injury industry experience and a passion for helping better the lives of individuals who have been set back by another. But like we mentioned above, Kelly is willing to teach the receptive candidate. Many of our clients speak Spanish such that being fluent is a plus for us, but also not a necessity.

• Personal Injury: 1+ years within industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage a case load of 100-150 cases

Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery, motions, etc, together with your team

Appropriate communication with clients

Update, maintain case data in Filevine, our legal management software

Attending depositions, mediations, and trial for each case as needed

Finding the best closure to each client's case
