What We're Looking For

• Active LVN license in good standing in the State of Texas
• New graduates welcome!
• Current accredited CPR certification
• Current TB test

What You'll Do

• Provide one-to-one patient care in a home or school setting
• Execute physicians' prescribed plan of care (POC)
• Accurately document care in the electronic system of record
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Provide health education and training to patients and family members

Required Clinical Skills & Experience: Qualified candidates should be competent and confident in performing the following

• Wound care management
• Wound VAC therapy
• IV antibiotic administration (IV ABXs)
• Foley catheter insertion and care
• Lab draws (venipuncture)
• Ostomy care
• Medication administration
• Care of adult and pediatric patients
• Availability for MondayFriday schedule with on-call rotation
