Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients, including continuous cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation. + Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor and document patient condition, and respond proactively to clinical changes. + Coordinate care across physicians, cardiac specialists, and interdisciplinary teams while supporting safe, efficient discharge planning. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
