Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce is partnering with a client in the Saint Louis, MO area to identify a Senior Financial Analyst.Summary:This role is responsible for leading budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial reports, analyzing spending and variances, supporting capital project tracking and treasury activities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights. Reporting to finance leadership, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while supporting key financial planning and analysis initiatives.Essential Functions:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling to drive business decisions
• Analyze financial performance, trends, variances, and key metrics while providing insights to leadership
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor budgets, improve financial performance, and support strategic initiatives
• Assist with treasury operations, liquidity forecasting, KPI reporting, and other finance projects as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master's preferred
• 2+ years of FP&A experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Self-starter with a desire for professional growth; Advanced Excel skills preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
