What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care for diverse patient populations
  • Perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Utilize data and clinical judgment to support patient outcomes
  • Adapt care approaches based on individual patient needs and legal requirements
  • Assist in managing resources and supporting team coordination
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies

What You Need:

  • Current RN license in Louisiana
  • Minimum of 2 years' ER nursing experience
  • BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
