We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. The ideal candidate will handle an average of 70 vehicle turns per month, demonstrating strong ethical standards, trustworthiness, and teamwork. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow within our dealership. Responsibilities Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers in a professional and ethical manner. Secure financing deals by working with banks, credit unions, and other lenders. Manage a high volume of customer transactions, averaging around 70 turns per month. Maintain accurate and clean paperwork for all deals. Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and customers. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about current financing programs, incentives, and industry trends. Uphold dealership policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards. Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar role. Clean paperwork with a strong track record of ethical practices. Ability to handle a high volume of deals efficiently and accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
