Pay Rate: $29.00/hour +Commission

Schedule: (40 hours/week)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Field-Based

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Development Professional to join their growing Outside Sales team. In this role, you will help expand market presence by building relationships with local restaurants and securing new business partnerships.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong sales background who enjoy working face-to-face with business owners, traveling throughout their territory, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage local restaurant owners in assigned territories.
• Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations.
• Present partnership opportunities and business solutions.
• Negotiate agreements and close new business.
• Travel throughout the assigned region to develop new merchant relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive market growth.
• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and transactional sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of sales experience in a closing role.
• Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) preferred.
• Restaurant, food & beverage, merchant services, telecom, SaaS, or B2B sales experience is highly desired.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face customer interactions.

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 50% travel required.
• Most travel will be within 2 hours of Rehoboth Beach, DE.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Travel expenses are covered.

Compensation & Benefits

• $29.00/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission structure
• Target commission earnings of approximately $1,900/month
