Test Manager (QA)

Mandatory Skills: Reporting and Dashboard management (BI tools), Test Management, Automation Testing, Functional Testing, Guidewire Claims Center Testing Job Description: Minimum of 15 years of experience in Test Management and Reporting and Dashboard Management. Prior experience in the financial sector is highly preferred, with professional expertise on Power BI Tools. Strong understanding of cloud architectures, preferably with relevant certification (AWS). Expert knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong background in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks such as Jmeter, qTest, and Jira. Extensive experience in requirement analysis, functional and UAT testing, test case creation, execution, defect management, requirement traceability matrix, reporting, and stakeholder management. Extensive experience in team leading, project leading, and business coordination for demos and requirement clarification.
