Senior Art Director

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Art Director to create and deliver high-quality creative assets for 21GRAMS, a full-service healthcare advertising agency. The role focuses on developing visual style across art, images, and photography, while aligning deliverables with client marketing strategies, objectives, and expectations. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that support and align with client marketing strategies and objectives. Maintain a clear understanding of client positions and the evolving marketing environment to adapt and drive successful outcomes. Oversee a team to help ensure quality in the final product. Communicate with team members in a productive manner to keep projects moving toward goals. Apply strategic thinking across assigned accounts, medical categories, and market context. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree. 3+ years of healthcare advertising experience preferred. Experience in healthcare advertising. Effective oral and written communication skills. Computer proficiency, including knowledge of design programs. Managerial and leadership skills with the ability to work with a team. Decisive problem-solving abilities. A comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities and the ability to produce work in high-science pharma categories. Salary and Location Location: Boston, MA (hybrid). Pay range: USD 95,000 - 110,000 per year. Work Model This is a hybrid role based in US offices, including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. Employees within a one-hour commute of a Real Chemistry office are required to attend in person two days per week, either from a Real Chemistry office or while working onsite with clients. Employees in regions without a nearby office may work remotely and meet periodically throughout the year for collaboration, culture-building, learning, and team connection opportunities.
