Senior Software Engineer

Overview
\nWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with OutSystems experience to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust applications that drive real business value.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\nDevelopment & Delivery

- Design and develop applications using the OutSystems platform. \n
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards \n
- Lead end-to-end development lifecycle: requirements → design → build → deploy → support \n
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing \n
Architecture & Best Practices
\n- \n
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions \n
- Implement integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, databases) \n
- Apply governance, security, and performance optimization best practices \n
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices \n
Stakeholder Collaboration
\n- \n
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements \n
- Translate business needs into technical solutions \n
- Provide guidance on feasibility, timelines, and technical trade-offs \n
Innovation & AI
\n- \n
- Explore and implement AI-driven features within OutSystems applications \n
- Support initiatives around agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation \n
Required Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- 4–7+ years of software development experience \n
- 3+ years hands-on experience with OutSystems \n
- Strong understanding of: \n
- Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) \n
- APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP) \n
- Database design (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) \n
- Experience with enterprise application development \n
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies \n
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills \n
Preferred Qualifications

- OutSystems certifications \n
- Exposure to AI/ML or automation tools \n
