OB/GYN Physician Opportunity - Decatur, IL

$500K Base + Production | Flexible Schedules

A growing, patient-focused OB/GYN program in Decatur, Illinois is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding practice while making a meaningful impact in a welcoming Midwestern community.

Position Highlights

Full-scope OB/GYN practice including prenatal care, labor & delivery, postpartum care, and gynecologic procedures
Support from experienced APPs and dedicated administrative staff
Opportunity to participate in future residency program development
Teaching opportunities available but not required

Schedule

Flexible 5-day workweek
1:7 call rotation

Additional Opportunity - OB/GYN Hospitalist

Physicians who prefer a shift-based model can also consider our OB/GYN Hospitalist role with flexible block scheduling:

7 on / 7 off
14 on / 14 off

Compensation & Benefits

$500,000 base salary + productivity incentives
